Waveform Marketing ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through waveformco.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Who We Are
Waveform Marketing is a digital marketing consultancy based in Scituate, Massachusetts, working with boutique fitness and wellness studios on the South Shore and beyond. This policy covers waveformco.com only. It does not cover the websites we build for clients, which are governed by each client's own privacy policy.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, studio name, website URL, and whatever you write in the open text fields (subject, message). We use this to respond to your inquiry and, if it makes sense, schedule an intro call.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours uses analytics tools (currently Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the Site. This collects information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time on page, and referral source. This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
We do not knowingly collect payment information, health information, or sensitive personal data through the Site.
Cookies and Analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to support analytics. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not work as intended if you do.

We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.
Data Retention
We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, then delete or anonymize it.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted through the Site, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
